INDIVIDUAL COMFORT TEMPERATURE FOR EACH ROOM

The smart floor heating controller by Homematic IP Wired enables efficient heating – or even cooling – for up to 12 heating circuits. Individual temperature profiles with up to 13 changes per day in 6 heating profiles (3x heating/3x cooling) can be set. The device is flexibly controlled via the free Homematic IP app, the user interface WebUI or alternatively directly using the Homematic IP (Wired) Wall Thermostat.

 

PRECISE TEMPERATURE CONTROL

The controller provides constant flow of the heating water. Modern control algorithms enable constant and efficient utilisation of the heating system. Precise regulation of the desired temperature ensures that there are significantly less temperature fluctuations in the room compared to conventional solutions. With motorised valves, the energy consumption of valve drives is reduced to a minimum compared to conventional thermal drives. The combination of floor heating controller and motorised valve drives enables continuous, steady control of the floor heating system – thus extending the hydraulic balancing of the individual heating circuits (confirmed by the German Fraunhofer Institute).

 

EASY AND CONVENIENT SET UP

The illuminated LC display provides a detailed overview of the current operating mode and all valve positions. Since all necessary devices can be put into operation directly on the construction site via the integrated buttons and the display – even without an Internet connection* – the products are particularly suitable for new buildings.

*Power supply to the wired devices must always be provided by a Homematic IP Wired Access Point (HmIPW-DRAP).

 

EASILY INSTALLED

The connection to the Homematic IP wired bus offers for reliable power supply and secure communication between the devices. The screwless plug-in/clamp connection technology allows easy installation without tools. The device is mounted on a standard DIN rail or on a wall using the screws and plugs supplied.

 

WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS

Enables the control of floor heating systems and other water-based surface heating systems, for example a wall heating. It can also be connected to the Homematic IP Multi IO Box for controlling the boiler, circulation pumps and switching from heating to cooling mode. In this way, the floor heating can even cool rooms in the summer. Several floor heating controllers can also be used simultaneously in one house.
