Homematic IP automates the hydraulic balancing. The FALMOT-C12 underfloor heating controller automatically recalculates the optimum flow behaviour of the heating water both permanently and directly on the basis of the target temperature.

To ensure that the heating is only on when you want it on, there are up to six adjustable heating profiles profiles with which you can heat up to three times or cool down up to three times. You can do this easily via the app, directly on the wall thermostat dial or conveniently via voice control (using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant).

With automatic hydraulic balancing

Simply use the underfloor heating controller together with a wall thermostat (HmIPW-WTH) in stand-alone mode or as part of your wired smart home. You can control up to 12 heating zones with one controller.
As part of a wired smart home system, in addition to the controller, the wall thermostat and a valve drive you also need a Homematic IP access point: Adjustment and operation are simple via the free app. You can expand your smart home very flexibly in many areas to suit your needs.

Hydraulic balancing
